Overview:
The Everything DiSC® Certification program equips facilitators with the skills and knowledge needed to create meaningful and effective DiSC® learning sessions that enhance teamwork and collaboration. 
This comprehensive two-week course blends live, instructor-led classes with self-paced online modules. During the program, participants will: 

• Gain a deeper understanding of the DiSC® framework, including its underlying theory, research, and essential concepts. 
• Learn how to design tailored solutions and deliver transformative DiSC experiences using the latest Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ platform. 
• Become familiar with the complete range of Everything DiSC® applications. 
• Develop and refine facilitation and coaching abilities through practice and constructive feedback in a supportive setting. 
• After passing the final assessment, participants will be recognized as Everything DiSC Certified Practitioners. 

*Wiley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. 

**This program has been pre-approved for 20 credit hours (HR General) towards aPHR®, aPHiR®, PHR® PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute (HRCI®).
