Participants will take on the role of facilitator, enhancing their skills, self-assurance, and professional reputation in delivering Five Behaviors programs. Throughout the training, they will:
- Expand their knowledge of The Five Behaviors® framework and its foundational principles.
- Examine the full range of Five Behaviors solutions—Team Development and Personal Development—from both the participant’s and facilitator’s viewpoints.
- Learn how to design, adapt, and deliver effective Five Behaviors learning experiences tailored to specific team development goals.
- Hone their facilitation techniques and receive constructive feedback from peers in a supportive learning environment.

*Wiley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
