Overview: 
Participants will take on the role of facilitator, enhancing their skills, self-assurance, and professional reputation in delivering Five Behaviors programs. Throughout the training, they will: 

  • Expand their knowledge of The Five Behaviors® framework and its foundational principles. 
  • Examine the full range of Five Behaviors solutions—Team Development and Personal Development—from both the participant’s and facilitator’s viewpoints. 
  • Learn how to design, adapt, and deliver effective Five Behaviors learning experiences tailored to specific team development goals. 
  • Hone their facilitation techniques and receive constructive feedback from peers in a supportive learning environment. 

*Wiley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. 
**This program has been pre-approved for 20 credit hours (HR General) towards aPHR®, aPHiR®, PHR® PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute (HRCI®).
