Talal I. El-Assaad: Specialized Change Management Expertise

TALAL is passionate about building successful & sustainable organizations whilst making a positive change in people's lives. In his search for knowledge and growth through new experiences, he loves to learn and drive community building. He held many leadership positions with reputable organizations across EEMEA. 

As a senior Strategy, Enterprise / Organizational Change Management Advisor, he works with decision-makers relentlessly to realize their future state definition by building the strategy and leading transformations.

He initiated & managed transformation projects at government, publicly listed and privately owned entities. He advised and helped his clients on handling large-scale change processes and transactions. These were all enabled by his passion for people whilst focusing on developing extended qualities through Training, Coaching and Mentoring. 

Talal I. El-Assaad is a firm believer in "Change & Transformation” and in the power of a better world starting with an individual, building communities, and expanding outwards from there. 

He is the author of “The CREED WAY: Building Enabled Generations & Societies”, a book dedicated to empowering people in general, and youth – the future leaders - in specific.
